Platform Esports Bar

MRA first met Platform in 2018, carrying out a concept design for their new 'social gaming' bar. We helped them to open London's first dedicated video games, esports bar and restaurant in 2019, close to London's 'Silicon Roundabout'.

Emphasising the inclusive nature of the Platform offer, we created a bright, welcoming space where the esports gaming stations are turned away from the wall to encourage interaction, and booths can be hired to play the latest video games and enjoy a wood-fired pizza.

An industrial aesthetic using raw steel and vintage timber is tempered with bright leather seating and glossy tile accents. All the furniture was designed to be fully flexible as the venue is used for holding eports events as well as everyday gaming.
