Studio Artist - David Moore

We are pleased to announce that the MRA studio is currently exhibiting selected work by South London based artist, David Moore. This is part of MRA's continuing interest in the relationships between Art, Fashion and Architecture. David's work has been a welcome treat to staff and visitors alike and helps to create a stimulating and multisensory studio environment. His influences and inspiration include the beautiful Parisian Society portraits of Kees Van Dongen; the darker Berlin street portraiture of Christian Schad and Rudolf Schlicter; Alfred Cheney Johnston’s photographs of The Ziegfeld Follies and silent era film stars; and the “Hot Girls” and cabaret artistes of post-war Weimar Berlin. David exhibits primarily at The MistyMoon Gallery, Ladywell, South London.
