MRA Architecture & Interior Design has been appointed to design House of Hackney’s first store in Shoreditch, London. The two-storey store will showcase House of Hackney’s full product range, from clothing to home furnishings. Speaking about the project, MRA Director Stephanie Srivastava, explains: ‘The interior will feature elements that will reflect both the bold, non-conformist spirit of House of Hackney, together with its roots in traditional, high quality craftsmanship.’ MRA’s recent projects, particularly the successful design of Agent Provocateur’s store on Madison Avenue, New York, were major factors in House of Hackney’s decision to award the project. House of Hackney said:
'MRA’s experience shows they possess the design skills and vision to create the inspirational space we envisage for House of Hackney ' The store will open in April 2013.
