MRA designed flagship stores for both Westfield London and Cabot Circus. MRA set out to refresh rather than completely change the Esprit brand concept. Focusing on the use of the brand colour and the façade we replaced the familiar red portal with a signature red staircase. The Cabot Circus façade has full height glass panels in which MRA designed a large chamfered frame to act as a permanent window feature. The ground floor interior space is a dramatic 3 storeys high with the red staircase visually linking all floors. After receiving design approval from Esprit, MRA was then appointed as Main Contractor and built this store as a Turnkey operation.
