MRA operates a French architectural practice - MP/AS Sarl - based in Paris, which was established in 2005.
This is not an associate office, but an architectural practice owned and managed directly by MRA Director Anshu Srivastava. Along with two architectural colleagues in London, Anshu is bi-lingual in English and French.
MP/AS have successfully completed 12 large format projects for Esprit across France over the past three years, including stores on Rue de Rivoli in Paris, and Rue Jean Medicin in Nice. We also completed concessions for Jimmy Choo at Printemps, Le Bon Marche and Galleries Lafayette in Paris last year.
We have now project managed over 20 stores in France ranging from 100 -1200m2, in both standalone city and mall locations.
Our service is entirely bi-lingual. All documents can be issued in French and/or English as required and we can keep you informed in English of the often complex statutory and city regulations/applications and Landlord’s Consent Procedures. We also offer engineering consultancy under a single contract via our local partners.
