When we were on site in New York two years ago, the first phase of The High Line had just opened. Between site visits, this park above the city afforded a wonderful place to people-watch and absorb the sights and sounds of New York. The second phase opened in June this year, and we'd really like to get back there to see if it is the showcase for landscape design and urban art "platform" they say...
