MRA are excited to be working with Catalan furniture manufacturer Julia Grup, on a first 'bricks and mortar' store concept for their Kavehome online furniture retail brand. Whilst Julia Grup have been designing and manufacturing furniture for over 30 years, their Kavehome brand was set up in 2013 and has been enjoying considerable online success. The natural next step was to open Kavehome stores in Spain and France, and MRA were delighted to be approached to assist. Julia Grup were really interested in MRA Architecture’s specialism in luxury fashion and how this could inform their furniture retail project in terms of brand storytelling, product presentation, psychology of selling, the transactional journey and information technology integration. In order to create a design strategy that fully represented the unique strengths of Kavehome’s digital and physical offer, our research and development considered the entire company value chain from ERP, data collection/analytics and e-marketing, to digital payment and beyond.
